>Expanding on the concept of the public unix system, Beepsquad consists of a collection of community-maintained servers that have all either been recycled or abandoned at local recycling centers and repair shops. We aim to put devices past their prime, but not past their service life back to use. We use these recycled machines to provide our members access to reliable services that can be cost prohibitive or impractical for everyone to have access to.
